Introduction to Lian Island Scenic Area

Lian Island Scenic Area, located in the Lianyun District of Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, is the largest bedrock island in Jiangsu Province. The scenic area covers 8.85 square kilometers, with a land area of 5.13 square kilometers and a sea area of 3.72 square kilometers. Historically known as Yingyou Mountain, Lian Island is also called East-West Lian Island because it consists of two islands connected together. The area boasts rocky coasts and a mild climate, with “no severe winters and no scorching summers.” It combines lush mountains, clear seas, dense forests, coastal erosional landforms, natural beaches, and cultural landscapes, making it an ideal place for sightseeing, relaxation, vacations, and entertainment.

  • Off-Season (October 28 - April 27 of the following year): Adult ticket: 30 RMB; Half-price ticket: 15 RMB (same eligible groups as above)

  • Public Bus: Take B1 or B1K from the city center (heading toward Xugou) to the "Zaihaiyifang" stop, then transfer to Bus Tour 3 or Tour 6 to Lian Island Scenic Area; from Xugou, take Bus Tour 3 or Tour 6 directly to Lian Island.
  • By Air: From Baitabu Airport, take the shuttle bus to Longhe Square, transfer to B1 or B1K (heading toward Xugou) to "Zaihaiyifang," then transfer to Bus Tour 3 or Tour 6 to Lian Island Beach.
