China Coal Museum
Introduction
The China Coal Museum is located at No. 9, Wenyuan Lane, Yingze District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. It is a modern museum integrating popular science education, historical research and cultural heritage. The museum was established in 1988, covers an area of about 65,000 square meters and a building area of 23,000 square meters. It is the only national-level special museum in China with coal as its theme.

Opening Hours
Every Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (no admission after 16:00), closed for maintenance on Monday.
