Introduction
Hetuala City is located in Yongling Town, Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province. It is one of the birthplaces of the Qing Dynasty and is also a famous "Xingjing". It was once the capital of the Later Jin regime established by Nurhaci, and has an important historical status and cultural value.
