Siguniang Mountain

Introduction

Siguniang Mountain is located in Xiaojin County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It consists of four continuous peaks, namely Daguniang Mountain, Erguniang Mountain, Sanguniang Mountain and Xiaoguniang Mountain (Yaomei Peak). It is known as the "Oriental Alps" and is a paradise for mountaineering enthusiasts and nature photographers.

Open all year round, but the best time to visit is from May to October every year, when the weather is more suitable for outdoor activities.

Transportation

  1. Airplane: The nearest airport is Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport or Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Airport, and then take a car to go there.
  2. Train: You can first arrive at Chengdu Railway Station, and then transfer to a long-distance bus to Siguniang Mountain Town.
  3. Self-driving: Starting from Chengdu, it takes about 6 hours to drive through Dujiangyan City, Wenchuan and other places.

  1. High altitude adaptation: Due to the location on the plateau, first-time visitors need to pay attention to the problem of altitude sickness and gradually adapt.
